What happens after my free trial ends?

After your 5 free hours, you can switch to Pay As You Go ($15/hr) or subscribe to a monthly plan. Your account and settings are preserved.

What equipment do I need?

Just smartphones! Any modern iPhone or Android phone can serve as a broadcast camera using our free LiveSource app. You can also connect professional cameras via RTMP/SRT.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! Upgrade instantly anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Your included hours reset each month.

How does overage billing work?

If you exceed your included hours, overages are charged from your pre-paid balance at your plan's overage rate. Add funds anytime to ensure uninterrupted streaming.

What's the difference in camera pricing?

All plans include up to 4 cameras. If you need 5-8 cameras, it's $3/hour per extra camera (manual switching) or $5/hour per extra camera with AI Auto-Switching enabled.

What streaming platforms do you support?

We support YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, and any custom RTMP destination. Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously based on your plan's destination limit.
