By accessing or using HodieTech's services, including our website, mobile applications (LiveSource, Broadcast Director), and cloud-based video production platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. HodieTech provides an AI-powered live video production platform that enables users to stream multi-camera events, switch between camera feeds, and broadcast to external platforms. The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure for video processing and streaming.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you stream or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant HodieTech a limited license to process, transmit, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by HodieTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HodieTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HodieTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@hodietech.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
